Likesaid above save your money.. the 3.2 engines do not have a high rate of catastrophic failure like the 4.2. Having done both a few times, when the 3.2’s have timing issues it’s the upper tensioners which are easily replaced engine in the car. Haven’t done it in awhile but maybe took 6-8 hours to do upper tensioners bank 1 & 2.
