The procedure I've followed and I think it is probably a critical process, is: Get in the car, start the engine. Close the sunblind fully and push the dial control in until it clicks (resetting the system as per CP GP Exclusives post) Then open the sunblind to the position I want it (usually fully retracted) Turn the engine off, get out the car
59 plate C4 Grand Picasso, just hit 30,000 miles and the other day with air con on full blast and after a 2 mile journey, the dreaded message comes up. Purchased an OBD2 reader and the code P1338 shows up which is Fault: misfirings on cylinder No2 Morning, newbie here. Been trying to find if these codes are just electrical faults or a replacement EGR part needed. Codes are: P1351 P0104 < both permanent. Code: P1461 intermittent . The vehicle had an engine oil leak in the area of the transmission bell housing. Warning lights showing esp/asr fault auto handbreak not working and abs failure. To date they have changed the o/s r sensor twice , first non main dealer and now main dealer. Have checked fuses , all codes checked and kicked out loads but they managed to clear all but the abs and esp faults. Battery seems fine . Slowly running out of ideas.
